Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the eos77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and automated agents may not register an Account.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. eos77 operates a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
3. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services does not violate applicable local law. eos77 primarily serves English-preference players resident in Indonesia; it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your specific location.
4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by eos77 or any affiliated gaming operator, nor be subject to any court order or regulatory direction prohibiting your participation in online gambling.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are acting under guardianship, are not eligible to register.
6. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of eos77 or any of its technology or content partners, unless written consent has been granted by eos77 management.

Account Registration

To access the full range of eos77 services, you must register a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each Player may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address, are strictly prohibited. eos77 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any resulting winnings.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP or passport, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. eos77 will treat any activity carried out under your Account credentials as having been authorised by you.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify eos77 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account to protect your balance.
• KYC verification: eos77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, and will require it before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid KTP, passport, and where required, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
• Account inactivity: An Account that has recorded no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the eos77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern the movement of funds into and out of your Wallet:

4.1 Deposits

• eos77 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified Account will be held pending investigation. Unmatched funds may be returned to the originating account after 30 days.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the eos77 Account.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. eos77 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for local bank transfers during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.
• eos77 reserves the right to apply additional security checks for withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals of Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.

Bonuses & Promotions

eos77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless expressly superseded by specific promotion terms published on the relevant bonus page:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated in the specific Bonus Terms displayed at the point of opt-in. Players are encouraged to read Bonus Terms in full before claiming any promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless eos77 expressly states otherwise in writing.
• Bonus forfeiture: If a Player requests a withdrawal while an active Bonus is in progress and the associated wagering requirements have not been met, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
• Maximum bet during wagering: While a Bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is Rp 200.000 unless otherwise specified in the relevant Bonus Terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active Bonus may result in the Bonus being voided.
• Ineligible games: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero) towards Bonus wagering requirements. The contribution table is available on the Promotions page.
• Abuse and fraud: eos77 reserves the right to withhold or void any Bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player or group of Players is exploiting Bonus terms in bad faith, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unconverted Bonus funds will expire as specified in the individual Bonus Terms. Expired Bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the eos77 Platform, across all product verticals including sportsbook, live casino, RNG slots, and any other gaming products:

• Finality of settled bets: Once a bet or game round has been settled by the Platform, the result is final. eos77 will not reverse a settled outcome except in cases of demonstrable system error, which will be investigated and communicated within 5 business days.
• Sportsbook: All sports bets are governed by the specific sporting rules applicable to each event. In the event of ambiguity, eos77's rulings are final. Asian handicap (voor bola — a market variant common among Indonesian sports bettors) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets are subject to the individual event rules and minimum/maximum stake limits displayed at the time of placing the wager.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin) at the studio level and are streamed in real time. Connectivity interruptions on the Player's side do not entitle a Player to void a bet already placed and accepted by the system.
• RNG Slots: All RNG-based slot games use certified random number generators. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome for any individual session.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of play. eos77 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
• Void bets: eos77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, data feed malfunction, or any other technical fault that resulted in odds or payouts materially different from the correct market price.

Responsible Gaming

eos77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We enforce a strict 21+ age restriction and provide the following player-protection tools accessible from within the Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts at intervals of 30, 60, or 120 minutes.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is becoming harmful may request indefinite self-exclusion. Self-excluded Players will not receive any promotional communications and may not reopen their Account for a minimum of six months.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eos77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or associate.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or during any KYC or AML verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately; exploitation of known errors is prohibited.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion with other players, match fixing, or any other form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the eos77 Platform, including odds data, game logic, or software code.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit after corresponding wagers have been placed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the eos77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, graphics, game artwork, and software — is either the proprietary property of eos77 or is licensed to eos77 by its respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from eos77.
• Use the eos77 name, logo, or brand assets in any third-party communications, advertising, or social media content without express authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and PG Soft) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eos77 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its services.

eos77 shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable and regardless of whether eos77 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of or damage to data, or interruption to the availability of the Platform caused by factors outside eos77's reasonable control, including server outages, internet disruptions, third-party payment failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or results caused by third-party data feed providers.

eos77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player into their eos77 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting eos77 support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, all active Bonuses will be forfeited and any real-money balance above Rp 50.000 will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by eos77: eos77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• eos77 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the Account.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and verified.
• eos77 is required to do so by a competent regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority.

11.3 Effect of termination: On termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, eos77 may withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any real-money balance (net of Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

Amendments to These Terms

eos77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, eos77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform and, where possible, notifying registered Players by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 11.1.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eos77 holds its primary gaming licence. eos77 operates as an internationally licensed platform; specific jurisdictional details are available on request.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of any dispute between you and eos77, you agree to first contact eos77 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. eos77 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint being logged, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by eos77's licencing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided to the Player at the time of escalation.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other provisional relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate action is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
